Making ourselves accountable.
If you choose a company that subcontracts out to others, it’s anyone’s guess who it is that you’re actually choosing.
At Silent Windows, we never outsource. Knowing exactly who’s doing what – and also knowing each of them so well – means we can vouch for every single aspect of our service.
A shared drive to be ‘outstanding’
We have no doubt that our success owes everything to the individuals who make up our team. We recognise that they are talented, dedicated and hard-working – and reward them accordingly.
Whether an acoustic engineer or on the factory floor, in our manufacturing or installation team, they share our commitment to excel. We know this because we know them.
Most of the Silent Windows team has been with many years, some since the very beginning. And we know this goes a long way to explaining why so many clients come back to us. (It’s not uncommon for them to ask for particular team member by name.)
We are particularly proud of the relationships we’ve created – with our team and with our clients. The strength of one mirrors the strength of the other.
A different togetherness
We don’t just work together. We celebrate together. Not just awards and milestone birthdays, but also new family arrivals and other personal moments. For these people aren’t just our colleagues; they’re our friends. We’ve grown together.
This community we have created is perhaps the primary cornerstone of our business: and one we will continue to care for and nurture.
Having such exceptional individuals behind us is – more than anything – what gives us such confidence in what lies ahead. That’s why it’s only right we sing their praises.
